  • What is Patreon?
    • Patreon is a subscription service for podcasters across all professions where you can become a patron and ‘pledge’ money each month to help podcasts produce content
  • How do I subscribe?

  • What do I get for my money and why are some subscription tiers more expensive than others?
    • There are three subscription Tiers - Timesaver, Subscriber & Supporter. Full details on the differences between these are explained on our  Subscription Tiers page
  • How do I edit my subscription to a new tier?
    • Hopefully you like the service so much; you decide you want to jump to the Supporter tier! For more info on editing your pledge amount, click here
  • Why is the subscription fee in US Dollars?
    • Patreon is a US company. You don’t have to do anything differently, it will be automatically converted to pounds and will work out a little cheaper
  • Do I need to provide my bank details?
    • No, you can pay via Paypal on Patreon which is the quickest way to sign up
  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time? (Why on earth would you want to?!)
    • Yes, the subscription runs monthly and can be cancelled at any time. See here for further details on cancelling
  • Recent podcasts aren’t showing on Patreon or my chosen podcast player?
    • Have you changed your bank card details in the last month? If you have, you will need to update your details directly on your Patreon account and then the content will refresh. Click here for instructions
  • How do I get the Podcasts playing on my own podcast app?
    • You need to locate your unique Patreon RSS Link. For more information on how to do this, go to the Patreon page and navigate to the ‘How to Listen’ section
  • Can I download podcasts to listen offline?
    • You can’t download the podcasts to your desktop, but you can download them within the Patreon app and listen to them offline there. To do so, just click the grey downwards arrow to the right of the thread
  • How do I submit a Daily Tale or a General Query?
